For development and or security purposes we may also move data to servers that one of our service providers manage in countries outside the USA. Osidon do not own these servers and are using them through a service level agreement with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Access to personal information is not provided to employees outside of our own company and we do not sell your data to any third parties. Our systems may integrate with accounting, tax and payroll software providers which may pull personal information and data from our system enhancing our service delivery to you and to adhere with our clients’ compliance obligations.

The type of information we collect:
We collect all data entered by you. Through our service delivery we also collect data we have access to on other systems like Xero, Gusto, Float app and any other third party applications that we have access to.

Retention of data:
As a compliance service provider with numerous legal reporting obligations we keep data as prescribed in various pieces of legislation. Some information will be retained indefinitely for security and compliance purposes. If no time period is prescribed by law we anonymize all data after a period of 7 years.
